We are a New York City-based loyalty company founded in 2009. Our goal is to develop a next generation loyalty platform which addresses the needs and concerns of today's online-centric world. We believe in the power of loyalty as a marketing tool as well as a new source of revenue for our clients. Our team hails from many different walks of life, but shares the common passion for hard work, a great company culture and strong product design & user interface. Our prior journeys have taken us through the paths of large corporations as well as small startups including Clear Channel Radio Digital, MTV, Warner Bros., Fotolog, Community Connect Inc., Citibank, Trilogy Software. Irving Fain
CEO & Co-Founder
Irving ran Digital Marketing & Social Platforms for Clear Channel Radio Digital, developing and implementing an online marketing and social strategy for 1,000+ radio stations. Prior to that role he led the Music Content Team, creating fresh content and experiences for artists and advertisers to get noticed amongst the myriad of programming online. Irving knows first-hand the challenges of developing programs which create lasting engagement and is excited to lead a company which can drive change quickly in the rapidly developing social loyalty space. Prior to his life as a media entrepreneur, Irving wore a suit everyday in the world of finance. He spent time both as a venture investor here in New York as well as an investment banker, specializing in raising capital for early stage companies. He holds a B.A. from Brown University.

Josh Bowen
COO & Co-Founder
Josh developed his media chops most recently as the Director of Strategy & Business Development at MTV Networks in their Digital Music Group. Prior to that, he worked at Clear Channel Radio Digital. Josh has always been entrepreneurial (selling his first business before the age of 18) and while in Austin, Texas, founded OneSizeTooSmall a venture-backed retail returns management software company. Josh holds a B.S.E.E. from Cornell University.
Josh loves traveling the world and back in his college days enjoyed building lasers.
Michael Montero
CTO & Co-Founder
Mike has been involved in technology from the beginning of his career. Having co-founded and been the CTO of two successful companies online, Mike thinks big when it comes to scalability. He is infatuated with perfection and routinely states CrowdTwist is the most technologically sophisticated platform he has ever built. Mike co-founded his first company right out of college, Community Connect Inc. (CCI), which published niche social networks and grew to one of the largest social networking sites at the time. It was sold to Radio One in 2008. Mike's second venture which he co-founded, Fotolog, started in his apartment on a DSL-line and grew to the 56th largest site in the world. Fotolog was sold in the Fall of 2007. Most recently, Mike was the CTO of CityRealty.com, providing services for major companies like Prudential Douglas Elliman. Mike was born and raised in Brooklyn and may never leave. He holds a B.A.C.S. from New York University.

Rosanna Tirrito
Director of Client Relations & Marketing
Rosanna most recently managed the Music Content team at Clear Channel Radio Digital where she booked live performances, artist interviews and music streams for national on-demand consumption across 850+ radio station websites. She was also responsible for expanding Clear Channel's online content into the world of film, fashion and TV. Rosanna began her career in the PR department at Jive Records where she assisted with campaigns for artists such as Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, P!NK, and R. Kelly. While there, Rosanna met the future founders of M2M Construction, a boutique PR & Marketing firm that launched her career in artist relations. She holds a B.S. from Northeastern University.
In her free time, Rosanna likes to travel, read, shoe shop, see her favorite bands in concert, explore the wonderful city of Manhattan and dine at local digs like Hill Country, The Cottage, Pio Pio and Verlaine.
Ruby Manadero
Creative Director
Ruby, an award-winning designer, earned her stripes in the interactive agency world as a strategic creative leader for heavyweight brands, such as, Red Bull, In-N-Out Burger, Dove, Toyota, NBC Universal, Disney and Citibank to name a few. She switched things up a bit and had a go in the client-side world where she pioneered the online presence of over 15 shows while employed at Warner Bros. Television. Ruby still gives credit to NASA Langley Research Center who gave an art student a chance 16 years ago which led her to a passion for merging design and technology, subsequently opening doors to various agencies including Razorfish, Sapient and Ogilvy. While earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts & Design (New Media) at Virginia Commonwealth University, she and her roommates ate for free in return for selectively designing restaurant menus containing their favorite food.
Ruby loves checking out the NYC art galleries and is currently working on a series of paintings between guitar and video game play. She's unusually drawn to round things and has a secret alliance with robots.
Cheryl Tom
Director of Front End Development
Cheryl was a gymnast as a kid, and ever since, has been both a workaholic and a perfectionist. She began her career as a telecommunications software engineer then went on to serve as the lead technical asset at an incubator and turnaround consultancy. She got hooked on the highs and lows of startup life, practiced strategic marketing and product development, and got thrown head first into the real estate, service, and publishing industries. Cheryl is a serial entrepreneur and has bootstrapped several businesses in retail, event management, manufacturing and technology. She thrives in high pressure situations and truly believes that nothing is impossible.
Cheryl is a former card hustler with 2 degrees of separation from the infamous MIT gang. Her current passion project is to hand build a sustainable off-grid dome home. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Minor in Technological Entrepreneurship from McGill University.
Paul Young
Developer
Paul holds a B.A. with honors in Digital Music Creation from Teesside University in England. Before joining CrowdTwist, he married his High School sweetheart and worked on various freelance projects in web development, graphic design and video editing.
His passion for music and love of sci-fi movies explain his pursuit of excellence, innovation and having fun. Paul dreams of one day owning a motorcycle and like the rest of his homeland enjoys a good cup of English tea.
Josh Laurito
Data Analyst
Josh loves all things data. Before joining CrowdTwist he helped found Lumesis, a data and analytics company providing credit and compliance software to managers of over $300 billion of municipal bond risk. Before that, Josh worked in the finance world, first at Merrill Lynch and later at RangeMark Financial Services and Hexagon Securities, modeling illiquid securities and raising capital for specialty finance companies and banks. Along the way he co-authored Financial Simulation Modeling in Excel: A Step-by-Step Guide, published by Wiley in 2011, and became a CFA® charterholder.
Josh has a degree in chemistry and mathematics from Columbia University. According to his father, for his sixth birthday he asked for an abacus.
Hsiao Yi Chen
Developer
Hsiao Chen is a creative thinker and tinkerer who likes to try everything and anything related to technology. He has been working with computer software and hardware for his whole career. As a programmer and eCommerce manager for various international companies, Hsiao has ran online retail businesses, developed logistics software for fulfillment centers, and built desktop applications integrating multi-system platforms across four continents. He has worked closely with large companies such as CVS, 800Contacts, Nintendo, Pokemon, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenberg and Longchamp in projects involving accounting, retail systems, social media and larger-than-life celebrity personalities.
Hsiao was educated at Brown University in Philosophy and Fine Art, which he applies in all of his boundless personal and professional interests. According to his 3rd grade teacher, his analytical report, "Compatible combustible liquids for the home-made potato gun" was not accepted as a valid science project.
Jordan Sudy
Project Manager
Jordan has always been curious about how and why things work. In order to gain a broader context, he moved to California from New York to further his philosophical studies. He began his career in tech as a QA Engineer for Adobe. Leveraging what he learned about software development he launched into a project management role in Silicon Valley proper at iPass Inc. There, he helped iPass to diversify and mobilize their new wireless platform, utilizing Agile development principles as an underlying methodology. With CrowdTwist, Jordan looks forward to continuing to watch, learn, and instill agile processes to help great things grow at pace.
Jordan holds a B.A in Philosophy from Brown, and an M.A. in Philosophy from San Francisco State.
